EULA - End User License Agreement

The distribution file of Hurricane for AutoCAD may be distributed freely over the Internet as long as the files remain unmodified.
Hurricane software MAY BE included on CD-ROM's.
Upon purchase, a "registration code" code will be e-mailed to the purchaser promptly. This code will unlock the trial version of Hurricane to enable the full, unrestricted Version.
The provided "unlock codes" are based on the users serial number, (are not transferable from User to User) Each users installation will generate a unique serial number, that will remain with that user, and is not transferable. (So decide which Users(s) will be using Hurricane ahead of time) (The installation is not tied to the computer, but rather, the user)
The user must provide 1 unique serial number for every registration code purchased, and can be retrieved at the Hurricane About --> Register screen, before registering)
The user understands that the furnished codes will only work with the corresponding serial numbers provided by you, the user, at time of purchase.
The author has been developing Hurricane for several years, and is confident in it's structure, functionality and stability. To the best of his knowledge there are no known harmful "bugs", but upon discovery, will be corrected immediately, and all registered users will be contacted immediately.
The user agrees that Hurricane for AutoCAD is very powerful, and with misuse may cause permanent changes to your drawing files. The user agrees to test any "batch script file" generated with Hurricane on a set of "Test" files before running a batch on the original drawings.
The user agrees not to rent, lease, or otherwise transfer rights to the Software; or remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.
